How and why does Laybyshop collect and hold your personal information?

Laybyshop will only collect personal information about you by lawful and fair means and not in an unreasonably intrusive manner.

What kind of personal information does Laybyshop collect and hold?

Does Laybyshop disclose your personal information to overseas recipients?

In some circumstances, Laybyshop may disclose your personal information to overseas recipients. If this occurs, we take steps as are reasonable in the cases to ensure that the overseas recipient does not breach the relevant privacy laws about that information.

Sometimes we use third-party platforms to deliver information. These sites are hosted and managed by organizations other than us, and some are hosted overseas. The personal information we collect about you is stored on our database server managed by Laybyshop Pty Ltd., and its collection, storage, use, and disclosure are governed by the terms of the Privacy Act 1988.

We keep your personal information for as long as it is required to provide you with the products you requested from us and to comply with legal requirements.
